Each message your AI agent sends to a customer counts as one reply, on your website or WhatsApp. Messages from you or your team don't count, and neither do the customer's own messages.
Every new workspace gets 14 days of the paid features, including WhatsApp, orders, bookings and payments, with up to 300 AI replies across your website and WhatsApp. No card is required. When it ends you move to the Free plan unless you choose a paid one, and the Free plan then gives you 30 more WhatsApp replies, once, so you can keep trying WhatsApp with real customers.
